I came here and was just looking for new and bigger SUVs such as the Grand Cherokee. I was walking around the parking lot and a manager I believe directed us to Zane who was my Sales Representative. For someone young and the same age as me and my boyfriend he was outstanding and so understanding but so knowledgeable with any questions I asked. Went in at 9 out before 1230 . Way way way better than my last nightmare at Morris that took 5 hrs to buy a car I already worked a deal on the day before and had a cashier check in hand . That experience made me not ever want to buy a car at a dealer again . Apple was not like that at all ez and as fast as I guess it could be

Just picked up my car from Apple C, D, J, R. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Had my front and back brakes replaced as well as an oil change. Luke checked me in and went over the cost. He then called me to let me know my car was ready and went over the services that were completed to make sure I had no questions. Best part was the cost was less than originally quoted. I highly recommend Apple C,D,J,R.

Phil Pryor and his service team did an AMAZING job of servicing my Jeep Compass Trailhawk. It took a couple of days to get the rear differentials covered through the warranty process, but he provided a loaner and regular communication until the work was competed. Thanks Phil, you ROCK. Jerry Bruzek

We went in to look at a potential trade, the initial vehicle we went in to look at was not up to par. Shayne asked some questions and then recommended a Jeep that was a newer model, less miles, and worked out to be a great deal! I won't buy a car anywhere else!

I connected with Miguel about a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited and it was truly an awesome experience! Him and every team member we connected with was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed extremely genuine through the whole process. Though we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle due to some issues with MSRP and JD associates values on vehicles with our credit union, we'd definitely recommend them to anyone who's in need for a new vehicle. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. The staff And especially Jacob Pohl are all super nice and extremely helpful. Jacob was always in quick contact texting whenever something new comes up or a question comes about. They even sent me a full video of the inspection. Very awesome crew highly recommend.

There Service Department is not good. I bought a truck there in 2021 with a "full warrenty" NOT TRUE !! Make you jump thru hoops to see if it is covered. ANd they tell you they will have to sent it in to see if it is covered. In their mission statement it is listed "Do the right thing" Well they dont follow their own work ethics. Look elsewhere!!! Buyer Beware!!
